Photographers Narrative

The literal meaning of photography is to write with light.  So whenever I find a nice lighting situation I try to make sure I capture it.  This photo was just that.  On March 31, 2011, a C-130 aircrew from the 746th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron returned from a transport mission in support of Combined Joint Task Force Horn of Africa to an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia.  As the C-130 aircrew left Camp Lemonnier in Djibouti, Africa they flew through the early evening tranquil sunset.
