A little about Me

Retired Tech Sgt. Fisher joined the Air Force Reserves in 1998 after a “haze gray and underway” tour of duty in the US Navy. As an Aircraft Transportation Craftsman he quickly moved up to leadership positions working in various wing capacities, maintaining a high level of “can do” purposeful spirit during his recovery from injury. While deployed to Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan he was responsi-ble for the movement of 105,254 short tons of cargo mail and 119,337 passenger bags on over 8,327 missions! Eric competed during 2017 Air Force Trials and secured a spot on the Air Force Team com-peting in archery, cycling and swimming. He loves maintaining a healthy lifestyle, both mentally and physically, and is grateful to feel “whole” again with his brothers and sisters in arms during sports competitions.
