A U.S. Army Ranger, 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, Alpha Company, transmits information back to base from the field after raiding a compound during a Combined Arms Live Fire Exercise (CALFX) near Ft. During nighttime exercises there is rarely an opportunity to make a good photograph. This ranger was so focused on his work, he didn't even notice I was there. The light hit him just right and it made for an interesting low light shot.
