Photographer's Narrative

Taking photos inside a surgery room can be a very daunting task. As a photographer, you have to be very careful not to get in the way, and you are limited on where you can stand. Before heading to this photo shoot, I did a thumbnail sketch on how I should capture the image. However, the mental images went out the door when I saw a reflection of the surgery in Maj. Noris Jackson's medical safety glasses. Seeing the reflection, I decided to shift my focus on the reflection.
