Council on Foreign Relations

The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) is an American nonprofit nonpartisan membership organization, publisher, and think tank specializing in U.S. foreign policy and international affairs. The Council on Foreign Relations has promoted understanding of foreign policy and America’s role in the world since its founding in 1921. It publishes a bi-monthly journal Foreign Affairs.
