Photographer's Narrative

While covering Angel Thunder 2013, a helicopter was coming in to land and start the urban warfare environment exercise at Playas, New Mexico. While the blades caused clouds of sand and dust, it filled the sky and background of the helicopter.  Shortly after it touched down, I took the photo as Chilean pararescuemen stormed out.
