An MC-130P Combat Shadow is towed down Independence Road, Aug. 15, 2015, on Hurlburt Field, Fla. The Combat Shadow was towed from the flightline and staged for installation in the Hurlburt Field Air Park. The MC-130P fleet was retired May 15, 2015, after more than 25 years of service. In this photo, I took an opportunity to seize an unusual moment. An MC-130P Combat Shadow, slowly towed down one of the main roads of Hurlburt Field, was a sight to see. It was so unusual it started to draw a crowd. The MC-130P was retired and towed to the Air Park, a museum displaying AFSOC aircraft through the years.
