A little about Me

Q. What are your short and long term goals (personal, professional, recovery-related, etc.)?
A. To be physically fit again, to be able to compete at higher levels, and to continue to perform over time.

Q. What does it mean to you to represent the Air force at Warrior Games?
A. It means a lot to me to represent the Air Force. I can give back to them for taking care of me when I was down and not forgetting me when I’m out.

Q. What is the significance of sports/competition? How has it helped you? What does it mean to you?
A. Sports has always been a big part of my life, so being able to continue to do them makes me extremely happy in life.

Q. What advice do you have for future athletes?
A. To all future athletes I say this…set goals then crush them. Only you can stop you. Don’t let your limitations be your limitations. Through adaptive means we can be what we want to be.

Q. Who has supported you in your training? How?
A. My wife and the AFW2 program has kept me afloat. Without them I’d be miserable.
