A little about Me

Q. What are your short and long term goals (personal, professional, recovery-related, etc.)?
A. Driving on the highway. Get in shape. Swim 500 meters without difficulty. Go back to work and school.

Q. What does it mean to you to represent the Air force at Warrior Games?
A. It means everything. I can’t work or go to school and this is what I have left. This is a way I can continue to serve my country.

Q. What is the significance of sports/competition? How has it helped you? What does it mean to you?
A. To never give up and always finish what I started.

Q. How has adaptive reconditioning and sports helped in your transition and recovery? What adaptive reconditioning activities do you participate in?
A. Inspired other people based on what I have overcome. Helped me grow and establish goals and look forward to my life. Helped develop lifelong friends that understand my injury.

Q. What advice do you have for future athletes?
A. Give it your all no matter your injuries. Never give up, never say no and never let anything stay in your way.
