A. Improve health and fitness.

A. "In everything you do, you need to be conscious in the attitude you bring and the words you use if you put purpose in what you do, you find it in your life”

Q. What is the significance of sports/competition? How has it helped you? What does it mean to you?
A. Adaptive sports allows you to know you have unlimited potential. You can help with those whom you saw yourself like before.

Q. What advice do you have for future athletes?
A. Focus on what you did right instead of what you did wrong. Takes a lot of steps to get up the mountain.

Q. How has adaptive reconditioning and sports helped in your transition and recovery? What adaptive reconditioning activities do you participate in?
A. Gives you goals. Cycling, Swimming, Track and Field, Rowing, Wheelchair Basketball.
