This photo was taken on a mission with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. I received an opportunity to accompany agents on a mission to capture an insurgent in Parwan Province, Afghanistan. To me this image looks dramatic with the vast darkness, but it also reflects a softer side because of the easy button on one individual’s chest.
