Photographers Narrative

This photo was taken during Red Flag-Alaska exercise. The F-15C Aggressor was sent to Eielson Air Force Base to assist with the 18th Aggressor Squadron as they transitioned from a Fighter Squadron to an Aggressor Squadron. I captured this photo from a KC-135R Stratotanker over the Pacific Alaskan Range Complex while escorting a civilian media photographer.  The lighting conditions were perfect that day and with the scenic mountain range in the background everything just came into place to make some amazing frames.
