Photographers Narrative

This photo was taken during pararescue indoctrination course. That has to be some of the most difficult training I have ever documented. The cadre’s will push them beyond their limits everyday and see how they handle it. The cadre’s would often have them swim laps in the pool testing their endurance. I really wanted a graphically pleasing photo showing swimming laps. So I positioned myself up high and angled the camera 90 degrees straight down shooting overhead as they swam by giving me a great background.
